Atlantic Automotive Enterprises Moves to Columbus County

Tabor City, NC – Atlantic Automotive Enterprises (AAE), an automotive parts remanufacturer specializing in steering hydraulic components, has located its corporate office, as well as its customer support, research and development, manufacturing and distribution operations to Tabor City from Longs, South Carolina. AAE has created 23 jobs and has invested more than half a million dollars in Columbus County. The business occupies more than 50,000 square feet in a newly renovated building owned by Direct Market Access.
 
The Columbus County Economic Development Commission assisted the Town of Tabor City with the project, and the Columbus County Board of Commissioners approved a performance-based incentive grant to help attract the company.
 
AAE offers a full line of import and domestic applications with over 750 different part types. The company offers the broadest range of coverage dating back to 1965 through 2007 model vehicles.
