The Wilmington Regional Association of REALTORS® (WRAR) will soon be introducing Realty Connect®, a state-of-the-art sys-tem designed to create easy access to information on homes for sale.

REALTORS® who choose to use the service will place a special text message code on signs and in advertisements. When you find a home that interests you, simply send a text to our national access number ‘44133′ and enter the property code in the message area. Within seconds, key information on the specifics of the house will automatically be sent to your phone as well as any available photos or virtual tours. You may either view the information or save it to review at a later time. The important thing is that it’s there when you want it. The real estate agent is alerted and able to connect with you in real time providing timely follow up.
